During Bath Council’s October 16th regular meeting, Council moved to advertise the 2025 Budget Package. A copy of the Budget is available for public inspection below or at the Borough Office during normal business hours.
The 2025 Budget is set to be adopted at the November 12th Council meeting. The budget maintains the property tax rate established in 2024. Manager Flynn notes that while there is not a property tax increase in 2025, the Borough’s Storm Water Management Program is gearing up for 2025 Storm Water Utililty Fees to commence. These new utility fees will be released sometime during the first quarter of 2025. In November through December, more information will follow on the Borough’s Storm Water Management Program.
