See a problem in Bath? Report it to the Borough with our online Municipal Complaint Form: a pothole on a Borough street, a streetlight that’s out, a property or code concern, a parking problem, something entering a storm drain, or a concern about Borough services or staff.

In an emergency, call 9-1-1.

Report an issue online

Before you start

  • Your name and contact information. The Borough does not accept anonymous complaints, so we can follow up with you.
  • Where: the street address or nearest cross street.
  • What and when: what you saw and when you saw it. Photos help.

Complaints submitted to the Borough are generally not public records under Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law.

What happens next

The Borough Office reviews each report and sends it to the right department, such as Public Works, Code Enforcement or Parking Enforcement. Depending on the type of issue reported, the Borough will reach back out to you through the method you select on the form. Depending on the issue, the Borough may take up to 30 days to respond.

Prefer to talk to someone? Call the Borough Office at 610-837-6525, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
