| About Borough Statements This page collects the Borough’s statements and responses on matters of public concern. They are kept separate from the Borough’s service information and are not included in site search. What these pages cover – Statements made in public: at Borough meetings, in posts on public or community social media pages, or in published articles and letters. – Public records, including Right-to-Know requests and appeals and the costs of processing them, which are public under Pennsylvania law. The Borough does not quote or respond to private messages, private posts or private conversations. Why the Borough responds When information about Borough operations, finances or services is shared publicly and the Borough believes it is incomplete or inaccurate, it posts the records and its account so residents can compare the two and decide for themselves. When a person is named, it is because the statement was made in public or the record is public. Corrections If you believe something on these pages is inaccurate, contact the Borough Manager at manager@boroughofbath.org or (610) 837-6525. Verified corrections are made on the page and marked with the date. These statements are written by the Borough Manager on behalf of the Borough administration. |
