Act 44 of 2009: Compliance with Section 702-A

Act 44 of 2009 mandates that the Borough of Bath post the Act 44 Disclosure Forms of all contractors with which it has entered into a professional services contract on its Internet website. During the term of the contract, the Retirement Plan shall require each contractor to complete an updated Act 44 Disclosure Form annually.

From time to time the Borough of Bath seeks the help of professionals for either regular business or for assistance with special projects. The Borough will use this web-page, in conjunction with local newspaper advertising [The Home News, Morning Call, and/or Express Times] for procuring goods and services from vendors through the Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ) methodology and in accordance with Pennsylvania procurement law.
