Consent to Access Form

When filing a municipal complaint, Code Enforcement Officials may ask for your assistance to view a potential code violation from your property. Please fill out this form and return to the Borough when making a complaint. If you do not grant access to see a potential code violation from your property, the Code Enforcement Official may not be able to process a complaint and file citations with the District Magistrate. Often times cases will be left unresolved or the Magistrate can dismiss a case because there was not sufficient evidence to sustain the violation. Assist the Code Enforcement Department as much as possible.
