Borough of Bath Year 2022
Notice is hereby given by the Borough of Bath, Northampton County, Pennsylvania pursuant to the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act of the following scheduled meetings for the Year 2022. Said meetings are held in Council Chambers, at the:

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Bath is scheduled for the first Monday of each month commencing at 6:00 PM, with the exception of: the Monday, July 4th meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 5th; and the Monday September 5th meeting, being held on Tuesday, September 6, due to the Federal Holiday of Labor Day falling on Monday, September 5, 2022.
The Bi-Monthly Meetings of the Borough Council of the Borough of Bath are scheduled for the second Wednesday of each even-numbered month commencing at 6:00 PM.
The Monthly Meeting of the Planning Commission are held the third Monday of each month commencing at 6:00 PM on an “as needed” basis only.
The monthly meeting of the Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) are held the third Wednesday of each month commencing at 7:00 PM on an “as needed” basis only.
The Zoning Hearing Board, the Property Maintenance Code Board of Appeals, and other various committees will meet on an “as needed” basis only.
