Mayor Fiorella Reginelli Mirabito Elected to Office January 1, 2014

Fiorella Reginelli Mirabito is presently serving in the first year of her third term as Mayor of the Borough of Bath. 

Fiorella’s passion has always been her community.  She has been involved in various organizations throughout the Borough of Bath and neighboring municipalities.  Her involvements include:  President, Bath Crime Watch; Member, Bath Lioness Club; President, Sacred Heart of Jesus Church Women’s Guild; President, Sacred Heart of Jesus School HSA; Councilwoman, Borough of Bath; Co-Chair Bath 275th Anniversary Committee; Past Commissioner, Colonial Regional Police Commission; Member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee Member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce; Member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber Foundation Board; Board Member of the Greater Bath Area Chamber of Commerce; Member of the Bath Lions Club International.   

Fiorella has received the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Mayor of the Year Award in November 2014; in 2016 she received the Boy Scouts of America Good Scout Award; in 2020 she received the LV Business Woman-of-Influence Award; and, in 2021 she received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Northampton High School Konkrete Kids Foundation.   

Fiorella’s ongoing commitment to the Borough of Bath includes raising over $71K over four years for the Bath 275th Anniversary in 2012.  After her breast cancer diagnosis – she founded TURN BATH PINK – a fundraising initiative for the continued research of all cancers, raising over $52K in two years.  She spearheaded a committee to build a dog park – “PAW PARK” in the Borough of Bath and raised over $17K for the project. She organizes various activities for the children of the Borough – including free rock painting events; the annual reading of “The Night Before Christmas”; the annual Mayors Community Campfire – held every third Saturday of October; Treats-with-a-Trooper on Halloween; plus, the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.  Her most favorite part of holding the title as Mayor, is the ability to perform marriage ceremonies and attend ribbon-cuttings for new businesses.  

Born in Teramo, Italy in 1962, Fiorella came to the United States (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania) on January 11, 1968.   September of 1968, she began her education at George Wolf Elementary School – speaking no English.  Graduated from Northampton Area High School in 1980.  In 1984, she married Emanuel “Manny” Mirabito, Owner/General Manager of Pizza City (1979-1987); then, My Place Pizza Restaurant in Bath, which he established in 1988 to present.  Fiorella is the very proud Mom of two sons – Antonio, a Staff Education Facilitator at the Carbon-Lehigh Intermediate Unit; and Nicholas, a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Temple University.  Lastly, she adores her furry friends – a Morkie, Bella and a Miniature Schnauzer, Mia.
